9.1.2 Bank Details & Automated Payout – User Manual

📌 Overview​

Yelowsoft’s Driver Management module includes a robust Bank Details & Automated Payout system that simplifies the financial operations of taxi and dispatch companies. It enables automated driver payments via secure and reliable integrations like Stripe, eliminating the need for manual payouts.

1️⃣ Adding Driver Bank Details​

Bank details can be collected in two ways:

A. Driver Self-Entry (Via Driver App)​

  • During the driver registration process, drivers are prompted to enter their bank account details.
  • These details are securely stored and used for automated payouts.

B. Admin Entry (Via Admin Panel)​

  • Admins can also add or update a driver’s bank information manually.
  • Navigate to: Drivers > Manage Drivers > Edit Driver
  • Input or verify details like:
    • Account Holder Name
    • Account Number
    • IFSC/SWIFT Code

🛡️ All bank details are stored securely and are used solely for payout transactions.

2️⃣ Integration with Stripe for Payouts​

Yelowsoft has integrated with Stripe, a globally recognized payment gateway, to facilitate secure and automated payouts.

Benefits of Stripe Integration:​

  • Enables direct bank-to-bank transfers.
  • Reduces admin effort in handling weekly or monthly driver payments.
  • Ensures fast, reliable, and trackable payouts.

✅ Once integrated, there is no need for manual transfers—Stripe handles it automatically.

3️⃣ Configuring the Payout Cycle​

Admins can configure payout frequency and schedule based on their operational needs:

📆 Weekly Payouts:​

  • Choose a specific day of the week to trigger automated payouts.
  • Example: Every Monday, the system will process and transfer the driver’s earnings.

🗓️ Monthly Payouts:​

  • Select a specific date of the month for payout execution.
  • Example: On the 1st of every month, drivers receive earnings directly in their bank accounts.

4️⃣ How the Payout Works​

Step-by-step process:

  1. Driver completes trips and earns money.
  2. Earnings are accumulated in the driver’s wallet in the system.
  3. On the scheduled payout day:
    • The system deducts the payout amount from the wallet.
    • Transfers the amount directly to the driver’s registered bank account via Stripe.
  4. Drivers are notified once the amount is successfully transferred.
